A WhatsApp agent that can actually do the thing it just promised.

Chatbots reply. This one creates the lead, drafts the quote, assigns the task and answers your question from the live ledger — because it is part of the system that holds all of it, running on your own WhatsApp number.

  • Works on your existing number
  • Arabic and Gulf dialect, including voice notes
  • Every conversation logged to the customer record
Why most WhatsApp tools disappoint

The bot answers. Then a human still does the work.

A chatbot that sits outside your business system can only ever hand over. It takes the enquiry and then someone re-reads the thread, finds the customer, opens the quote tool and types it all again.

With a bot bolted on

The bot qualifies a lead, then someone copies the details into the CRM — or forgets to.

With emerge

The lead exists in the system the moment the conversation does, with the thread attached to it.

With a bot bolted on

A customer asks for a price and waits for a human to build a quote in another tool.

With emerge

A quote is drafted from your own template and pricing, and waits for a person to approve and send it.

With a bot bolted on

You ask your team for a number and get it hours later, assembled by hand.

With emerge

You ask the agent and get the figure from the live ledger, in the chat.

With a bot bolted on

Conversations live on staff phones, and leave when the staff do.

With emerge

The history belongs to the business, attached to the customer, visible to whoever takes over.

What the agent does

Two jobs: it serves your customers, and it takes your instructions.

The same agent faces outward to the people who buy from you and inward to the people who run the business.

Answers your customers

Replies to enquiries around the clock in Arabic or English, qualifies the request and routes anything it should not answer to the right person.

Logs everything to the record

Every message, voice note and document lands on the customer's timeline alongside their deals, quotes and invoices.

Drafts quotes from a message

A voice note describing the job becomes a draft quote on your approved template, priced from your own catalogue, waiting for approval.

Understands voice notes

Saudi and Gulf dialect voice messages transcribed and acted on, which is how most people here actually prefer to send instructions.

Answers from live data

Receivables, this month's profit, overdue customers, stock on hand — asked in plain language, answered from the ledger, not a cached report.

Assigns work and follows up

Tasks assigned to the right person with reminders that actually arrive, and a trail showing what was asked and what happened.

Why this fits here

In Saudi business, WhatsApp is not a support channel. It is the channel.

Your existing number

The agent works on the WhatsApp number your customers already have. No new number to publicise, no business verification to pass, no template approvals to wait on.

Dialect, not textbook Arabic

Customers write and speak the way they speak. The agent is built for that rather than for formal written Arabic alone.

Connected to the whole system

Because it reaches the CRM, the ledger, inventory and HR, it can answer and act — not just collect a message and pass it on.

Approval before anything that counts

Quotes, payments and postings wait for an explicit human confirmation. The agent prepares; your team decides.

One platform

The agent is only useful because of what sits behind it.

It is a way into the system, not a product beside it — which is why it can do things a standalone bot structurally cannot.

Getting it live

Connected in a session, useful once it knows your business.

  1. 01

    Connect your number

The agent is linked to the WhatsApp number you already use, so nothing changes for your customers.

  2. 02

    Load your catalogue and templates

Products, pricing and the quote and contract templates it should draft from.

  3. 03

Set what it may do alone

What it answers, what it drafts, what needs approval and what it must always hand to a person.

  4. 04

Point it at the right people

Who receives which handover, which tasks go to whom, and who approves what.

  5. 05

    Watch it for a week

Every conversation is visible and correctable while it learns your tone and your edge cases.

  6. 06

    Widen what it handles

Start with enquiries and quotes; extend to reminders, collections and reporting once you trust it.

FAQ

Everything you want to know before you start.

Does this use the official WhatsApp Business API?

No, and we are specific about that. The agent connects as a linked device on your own WhatsApp number rather than through Meta's business platform. For most Saudi SMEs that is an advantage — you keep the number your customers already know, there is no business verification process and no message templates to get approved before you can reply. If your organisation specifically requires an official Business Platform integration, tell us early and we will say plainly whether we are the right fit.

Will my customers know they are talking to an AI?

That is your choice to make and your policy to set, and we will build it the way you want. What we will not do is design something intended to deceive your customers about whether a human is replying. Your team sees every conversation and can take over at any point.

Can it send quotes and take payments by itself?

It drafts; people approve. A quote is prepared from your template and pricing and waits for a person to release it. Anything that moves money requires an explicit confirmation, and nothing posts to your books without approval. That is a deliberate design decision, not a limitation we plan to remove.

What happens to conversations when a salesperson leaves?

They stay. Because the thread is attached to the customer record in the system rather than living on a personal phone, whoever picks the account up sees the full history — which is usually the single biggest reason businesses move off personal WhatsApp accounts.

Does it handle voice notes?

Yes, in Arabic including Gulf dialect, and in English. A voice note describing a job can become a draft quote, and an instruction sent as a voice note can create a task with a reminder. In practice this is how most owners prefer to use it.

Can we use it just for customer service, without the rest of the platform?

You can, but you would be buying the least interesting part. The reason this agent can draft a priced quote or answer a question about receivables is that it reaches the CRM and the ledger. Used purely as a reply bot, a cheaper dedicated tool would serve you just as well.
