The ERP for Saudi businesses that actually does the work.

Most ERPs give you screens to fill in. emerge gives you a system that drafts the entry, matches the payment, prepares the VAT return and files the payroll — and asks you to approve. Arabic and English, with Saudi compliance built in rather than bolted on.

  • ZATCA Phase 2 compliant e-invoicing
  • WPS payroll and GOSI alignment
  • Arabic-first, fully bilingual
Why ERP projects stall here

The problem is rarely the software. It's the gap between systems.

Most Saudi businesses do not lack tools. They have an accounting package, a spreadsheet for payroll, a WhatsApp number for customers and a separate e-invoicing add-on — and a person whose job is to retype between them.

Today

Sales close a deal in one system, finance re-enter it in another, and the two disagree by month-end.

With emerge

The quote becomes the invoice becomes the journal entry. One record, one number, no re-entry.

Today

E-invoicing is an add-on that signs documents the accounting system already produced, with its own failures to chase.

With emerge

Invoices are issued, signed, cleared or reported from inside the ledger that produced them.

Today

Payroll is a spreadsheet, GOSI is a portal, and the WPS file is built by hand each month.

With emerge

Attendance and leave feed the payroll run, and the WPS file comes out of the same data.

Today

Reporting means waiting for someone to assemble it, so decisions are made on last month's picture.

With emerge

Ask in plain language and the answer comes from the live ledger, not a rebuilt report.

What is in the platform

Every department on one data model.

Not a suite of products that integrate. One system, where the sales record and the accounting record are the same record.

Sales and CRM

Leads, deals and custom pipelines, with quotes, contracts and e-signature generated from the deal itself.

Double-entry accounting

A real general ledger — journals, trial balance, financial statements — not a cashbook with reports bolted on.

ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing

Signed XML with QR, clearance for standard invoices and reporting for simplified ones, plus credit and debit notes.

HR and payroll

Attendance, timesheets and leave feeding a payroll run, with WPS file preparation and GOSI alignment.

Inventory and purchasing

Warehouses, stock movements and purchase orders, with costs landing against the project or product that incurred them.

AI agents across all of it

Agents read bills, suggest account codes, match bank inflows, flag duplicates and prepare the close — each proposing, never posting alone.

Built here, not localised later

Saudi compliance is the foundation, not a module you buy on top.

ZATCA Phase 2

Cryptographically signed invoices with QR, clearance and reporting handled per document type. We say compliant, never approved — ZATCA grants no approval to any software.

WPS and GOSI

Payroll built so the basic salary you pay is the basic salary GOSI has registered, which is what the wage protection index measures you on.

Arabic as a first language

Not a translation layer. Arabic interface, Arabic documents, Arabic voice notes understood by the agents, with Hijri dates where they belong.

VAT and Zakat ready

The VAT return is assembled from the ledger and reconciled against it, so the number you file is the number your books hold.

One platform

You are not buying an ERP module. You are replacing the gaps between five of them.

Each capability below is part of the same system, sharing one customer record, one chart of accounts and one set of permissions.

How a rollout actually goes

From first conversation to running your month on it.

  1. 01

    We map your operation

Your actual workflows, documents and approval chains — before anyone talks about screens.

  2. 02

    Your data moves in

Customers, suppliers, chart of accounts, opening balances and stock, reconciled against what you have today.

  3. 03

    Compliance is connected

E-invoicing units onboarded, payroll aligned with GOSI, VAT configured and tested before go-live.

  4. 04

Agents are trained on your rules

Coding patterns, approval thresholds and what each agent may and may not do on its own.

  5. 05

    You run a parallel month

The old way and the new way side by side, until the numbers match and the team trusts it.

  6. 06

    Ongoing support

Specification changes, new branches, new modules — handled as part of the engagement, not as tickets.

FAQ

Everything you want to know before you start.

Is emerge approved by ZATCA?

No software is. ZATCA publishes an indicative list of solution providers and states on that list that it is not binding on taxpayers and does not constitute approval of the listed solutions. What matters is whether your invoices meet the requirements — which is a property of your business, not a badge on a product. emerge issues Phase 2 compliant documents: signed XML with QR, clearance for standard invoices and reporting for simplified ones.

How is this different from Odoo, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics?

Those are global platforms that a local partner configures for Saudi requirements. emerge is built for the Saudi requirements first, in Arabic first, and its AI agents operate the system rather than sitting beside it as a chatbot. For a large multinational, a global ERP with a strong partner is often the right answer. For a Saudi business that wants one system that handles ZATCA, WPS and GOSI natively, we are a better fit.

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No. Most rollouts start with the area causing the most manual work — usually accounting and e-invoicing, or sales and quoting — and extend from there. Because it is one system rather than integrated products, adding a module is configuration rather than another integration project.

What do the AI agents actually do?

They read supplier bills into draft entries with a confidence score, suggest account codes from your own history, match bank inflows to open invoices, flag duplicate bills before payment, prepare the month-end close checklist and assemble the VAT return. Each one drafts or proposes. None of them posts to the ledger, moves money or files anything without a person approving it.

Does it work in English as well as Arabic?

Yes, fully. Both languages are first-class across the interface, documents and the AI agents, and users can work in different languages inside the same company.

Can we see it working before committing?

Yes. The demo is a walk through the real system with your scenarios, not a slide deck — and we can run your own documents through it so you see what the agents do with your data rather than ours.
